Service Description
Everyone feels gloomy from time to time, but when negative thoughts take over and cloud your joy in life, it's time to seek help. In these sessions, you will learn how negative thought patterns arise, how to recognize them and what you can do to break them. We work with gentle but effective techniques from NLP, mindfulness and positive psychology. You learn to observe thoughts without getting sucked into them, to regulate emotions and step by step bring light and meaning back into your life. This guidance is suitable for those who suffer from recurring depression, a negative self-perception or feel stuck.
