Better understand emotional reactions and regulate them in a healthy way. Increase your resilience and emotional stability so that you can better withstand stressful situations. Make conscious choices in how you respond, rather than automatically acting from old patterns. Through in-depth conversations and practical exercises, you will learn how to better control your emotional reactions and how to steer your thoughts in a more positive direction. Together we will explore the underlying patterns that influence your emotional responses and work on effective ways to deal with challenges.
